After the Portuguese icon signed the contract with the Saudi Arabia club, it made him the top earner in football history. His new contract has even made him the number one footballer in terms of salary past Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) stars like Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe. Messi is now way behind in terms of salary as he earns approximately 35 million pound per year ($4,22,73,070). Mbappe’s net worth is $150 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Welcoming Ronaldo, Al-Nassr wrote on Instagram that it was history in the making, and it was a signing that would not only inspire then club to “achieve even greater success but inspire our league, our nation and future generations, boys and girls to be the best version of themselves.”
