Napoli’s Giacomo Raspadori with Message to Former Club Sassuolo

Napoli’s summer signing Giacomo Raspadori is more than grateful to former employers Sassuolo as revealed in an interview with the player. Already excelling with his new club, the Italian international took a moment to thank the Neroverdi.

Currently on loan with the Partenopei, Raspadori has excelled so far. Since being loaned to the club in mid-August, the striker has scored four goals and an assist in eight appearances. He also scored in both of Italy’s recent Nations League matches.

Napoli is enjoying a fine start to the season. Currently leading the Serie A on goal difference, Luciano Spalletti’s side smashed Ajax 6-1 in the Champions League on Tuesday night. Raspadori scored two of the goals plus an assist. The win in Amsterdam is the seventh successive victory in all competitions for Napoli.
